Fox looking at $1.2 million fine
Pixilation is no excuse when it comes to federal indecency laws as the FCC said Tuesday that it wants to fine Fox Broadcasting Co. and most of its affiliates nearly $1.2 million for an episode of its reality series "Married by America."

2. It's our fault
159 uptight weenies called in, but the other million viewers either liked it or didn't have an opinion.

the FCC is Out Of Control on this issue. I heard the FCC's Michael Powell on NPR bemoaning the fact that he can't yet sue and regulate decency on satellite and cable offerings.

He said the problem was that "it all comes through the same television set".

Here's a new one! Why don't you parent your children?!? Technology and laws are not a substitute.
