I would have to say....hmmmm, that is a tough one.

I definately have seen more saves by the act of whatever-it-is-you believe runs the universe (God Inc.) than by the nads of man, even Coasties.

And since the hard right turn in the USCG a while back, I bet that number will go down again, so I gotta go with God.
