Anyway, the guys who make it to the Olympics are probably at least 20--physical maturity helps a male gymnast, while it hurts the females--so there's nothing improper about my desires!

and that guy came on and Mom said "I hope he wins." My dad and I asked why, expecting some Olympic hard-luck story about overcoming a crippling childhood disease or an abusive father or something, which is how Mom usually picks her favorites. Nope. Her answer was "Because he's cute!"

and I'm a young 30-something now, although I still get mistaken for an 18 year old. :) I had to quit because I got too tall, most of my teammates were about a foot shorter than me.
