Tell Me About Spirit Airlines

sure as hell hope they are good cause i just booked our flight to Mexico in January and Sprit saved us over $400!

... because I might fly to FL for a convention. It's a no-frills airline. If you go to http://www.airlinequality.com/Airlines/NK.htm you'll see that it's rated at 3-stars which is on a par with most of the US airlines. Midwest is 4-stars, and if you've ever flown on it you'll know why.

We're looking at prices too right now...I'll have to check out Spirit. Do they fly direct from Boston to Cancun?

we have been looking at airfare and most other carriers we figured on around $1100 round trip.

just booked tonight with Spirit and got round trip (from Providence) to Cancun for $800!

minor layover in Ft Lauderdale but shit. for THAT price its worth it

5. We found a $500 flight on US Airways, BUT who knows if they'll be around

they filed Chapter 11 and are barely alive.
