1. Why isn't anyone picking up on this?
Programmers, many of whom have advanced degrees from 4 year colleges, should go to community college when their jobs are shipped to India? To call * a moron is an insult to morons everywhere.

2. How do they pay the bills in the meantime?
I don't understand how people can believe him. Many many of the layoffs are white collar tech and communications people. Bush touting the benefits of education, that's rich.
