1. Well you have a job and I hope over time pay.

I am still trying to figure something I heard a women said on C-span the other day. She said with the 25000 cut from Clinton tax cut she could not hire anyone in her business but with the 75ooo from Bush she could hire 3 new people. I can not seem to get that out of my mind. What could she mean? In real terms 25000 10 years ago is more in buying power than now. I wish I had not heard it.

2. hey, I got called into a 12 hour shift last night

because of LACK of people - two on vacation, one sick, one quit. Lesson learned - never tell 'em on the phone your plans are to lay on the couch and watch TV all night. :o

3. Yeah, I pulled a 12 in a Local Nursing home myself....

I got bits and peices of the Debate, Most of the Residents at this home were sleeping by 8pm or watching movies. I did have one Little Old Lady tell me that she hoped Bush did well, She really liked him when he was Vice President for Reagan! ( had to leave the room to keep from keeling over laughing.)
