Is this some sort of dirty trick?
This morning, on my daily trudge to the subway station, I saw piles of colorful cards left in the doorways of shops. They say "Coyote Ugly: free admission w/this flyer or DNC badge... whether business or pleasure, whatever happens at Coyote Ugly stays at Coyote Ugly... you've seen the movie, now check out the real thing..." The address listed is "234 Friend Street, across from DNC Headquarters."

Dunno if this is for real. (I don't even know where Friend Street is. I've lived in the Boston area all my life, but big chunks of its geography are still deeply mysterious to me.) I'm tempted to show up as, you know, the caricature of a bearded hippie librul Democrat, get drunk and rowdy and start bellowing about how much George Bush resembles the bad guys in the Ayn Rand screeds, and see whether anybody offers me a Bill O'Reilly-style felafel job-- but I'd probably risk some horrible disease...

Anyway, are they targeting dems because Massachusetts Republicans are practically an endangered species, or could this be some sort of scam?
