New exercize program for those over 50

Got this in my e-mail:

New exercise routine if you're over 50, or for any day you feel like you are over 50. You might want to take it easy at first, then do it faster as you become more proficient. It may be too strenuous for some.

And, always, always consult your doctor before starting any exercise program.

3. I received that one too and had a good laugh. I wish I knew how

to post emails here. I just got 2 of the funniest I have ever seen. I am sure the neighbors heard me laughing.
