3. I really feel for the defendant here.

I don't think laughing at O'Reilly is the right way to react. I have a feeling the woman was traumatised, and wouldn't appreciate us finding humor in this. We need to push her and her lawyer to take this all the way; don't settle out of court. Convict the asshole, and watch him resign in disgrace!
