It's for something fun at work, so I can't give the *obvious* appearance of too much partisanship.

I want to have a quote of Bush saying something really idiotic (I know there are lots of things, but I want the most damaging stupid thing he has ever said)

Since I am trying to be "fair" I also want something stupid Kerry has said (the remark about the $87 billion comes to mind, but I want something stupid but funny, not potentially damaging)

I don't need video clips, just the quote and hopefully the date and source.
