2. Still waiting for mine |

Adhesive tape on the sides, resting against the top or bottom of the window? Used to work for me. I also used posterboard, folded into a triangle, with the sticker attached.

Saran wrap placed over it and extending to the window worked for one temporary one I did.

11. You can use "GOO GONE" to take off the residue! |
|
buy it at a hardware store or maybe even a grocery market in the sundry section.

5. I've seen people just scotch tape the thing to the back window |
|

Me, I had a round "Real Deal" sign in one window for the longest time. It kept flapping in the breeze, so I finally took it off and put a bumper sticker on my damn bumper. Hell, what are people afraid of, that if Dubya or Kerry loses they'll have a loser on their bumper?
If the big K goes down, I'm going down with. I'm quite attached now.
Edit: Ah, I see your point. Depends on the area you live in too.

9. I use temporary ones since |
|
I don't want to have 80 on my bumper, and I like to keep them in pretty decent shape if I ever want to put them somewhere else (on my RV, have some on printers, etc.)

8. Use superglue. Worry about how to get it off later. |
|
Just a thought.
btw, I live in SC, and I've got my Kerry/Edwards sticker on my rear window, at eye-level of those behind me. I've gotten a dirty look at Blockbuster (parked next to a bushie), but no one's tried to peel it off my car. It'd be big trouble for them if I caught them, and I have a spare.

12. What if you put it on |
|
the bumper the regular way - the "paint" it with super glue so if someone tries to take it off it gets stuck on his hands?

17. Are magnets available? |
|
I was able to get a magnetic bumper sticker. When I go out driving I put it on. When I get home I stick it in my glove box so it doesn't get stolen.

18. Well, if I owned a car |
|
I would probably put it on the inside of the glass. I see people putting bumper stickers on the paint of their cars and I wonder what they're thinking. Maybe its just me but I wouldn't do that to any car I owned.
