I just watched it from TIVO. I thought the show was great! Or was just his dimples? Oh also he's more buff in Joey than in friends!

5. oh, he's adorable, no question |
|
and yeah, he lost a little weight and worked out.
But the whole premise sucks and the supporting characters are awful.

2. Tonight was the first episode I watched of "Joey" |
|
It was "cute" but it has no substance.
I just love the character of Joey. He's such a dork.

In fact, I can't think of one new show that is even remotely good.
And if someone says Desperate Housewives I'll just scream.

not one new show this season interests me, except for "Lost", which is only marginally interesting. We're watching it just because they're good with the cliff-hangers on each episode, but it's probably gonna get lame real fast.

7. Lost seems very 24-ish to me. |
|
I've only seen bits here and there though.

liked "Friends". It was a very well-written, well-acted show.
But "Joey" is not.

10. I wasn't a 'Friends' fan... |
|
...but I have to admit, whenever I happen upon an episode, I find myself laughing. It's my dirty little secret.
'Joey', on the other hand, is horrid. The supporting characters just don't work. 'Frasier' worked as a spin-off because his family members were just as entertaining as he was. The sister character on 'Joey' is eye-gougingly annoying, and while the nephew is somewhat entertaining, he still seems out of place.

Yes, Friends was actually funny. I know a lot of people hate it because it was popular, but it was actually one of the best-written shows on TV. Frasier was also great, and succeeded because of a great cast and great writing.
Joey just blows.
