My 73 year old mom ROCKS!
My mom, her brother, his wife (who are very conservative)& I were waiting for the elevator at the condo complex where she lives.
My mom notices there is a sign that someone has written "Vote Bush" on. My mom pulls out her pen & writes "Only Idiots" before the above words. My Aunt then asks if my mom thinks they are idiots.
"About some things." She answers.
I had to bite a hole in my lip to keep from laughing.
Thanks mom, you rock.

5. I am so proud of my mom.
She came from a very conservative repub family, learned to think for herself & raised her 4 kids right, or I should say left.
She is one of the kindest, hardest working, most caring people I know. That is part of why I was shocked she did that in front of my aunt & uncle. We usually just agree to disagree.
Mom says it is too important this time around to be silent.

6. Again, cheers to her
What a cool mom. You should be proud of her. And she is SO right - it is WAY too important this time to remain silent.

To RR's mom: :yourock:
