ANNOYING.

really stupid, annoying and ugly. another reason to buy vinyl.

Typically better, more honest music, too.

And yes, vinyl when you can.

What does it look like?

And more importantly: are the marked "CDs" still CD compliant or does the logo indicate the use of some kind of copy-protection mechanism? (we have almost exclusively Un-"CDs" in Europe, a total screw-the-honest-consumer scheme: they are more expensive, have an inferior sound quality, do not play on portable players and do nothing to stop pirated versions anyway).

they're huge and take up about 1/4 the back space of the CD.

And most CDs here are not copy protected, these are just meant to scare people I guess.

although that won't do shit even if 99.9% of people who buy the CDs don't. Another example of the RIAA shooting themselves in the foot, they're just pissing people off to download more out of spite.
