I have never filed sexual harassment complaints even though I have been harassed by a few subordinates and coworkers at work. If my boss suggested it though, I'd tell him that he'd better give me a raise or promotion because if he didn't that I'd go to the owners about that. A professional should know better than to do something like that. I would not want to work for someone who viewed me mainly as a sex object either. Many of the production guys see all women as sex objects or not worth anything, but my boss appears to be different.
