Pantsless Con Man Pretends To Be Locked Out
CHAPEL HILL, N.C. -- Police in North Carolina hope to catch a con man with his pants down.

Authorities in Chapel Hill warn there's a guy exposing himself to women at an apartment complex.

Victims told police the man claims to have been locked out of his apartment without his pants and asks to use the phone. But police said the seemingly embarrassing situation is just a ruse to get inside the women's apartments.

The latest incident was reported Monday night. But police said the phony flasher has been exposing himself for nearly a year.

1. That's just pathetic. Best response of a friend of mine to a flasher
outside her college dorm, "Well, pull your pants up!"
