35,000 people a year die of the flu - the president is responsible for protecting the nation - he should have and could have had policies in place to identify this potential problem sooner and create back up plans to prevent this shortage and the ensuing panic.
I have a feeling the flu vaccine shortage is going to be the final nail in Bush's coffin. It's going to make people see how their lives are directly affected by policies in the white house.
The government could be setting up government labs to manufacture vaccines so that we are not dependent on for-profit pharmaceutical companies who don't have a vested interest in vaccines since there is little profit.
This shortage could kill more people that the terrorists ever could hope to in their wettest dreams.
