at the College of Mount Saint Vincents. I'm an alum. I used to work down at 242nd street at the old bars that used to be there. Love that area. Have fun at you're party. I'd drop in, but I'm hosting the dorm party for the college young dems.

Unless a 30-minute walk is what you'd be into. But there are always cabbies at 1/9, and the ride is $6.
