Poll question: Do you ever take food or beverage to bed when you retire for the evening? |
|
If so, tell us your story.
Let's not turn this into a sex thread, okay?

The flavor varies. Recently, it's been Kava Stress Relief Tea--which actually I drink for the taste, but if it's destressing me, that's cool, too!

5. I voted "raid the fridge". |
|
Since my bed is only about 10 feet from the fridge, it's kinda like having the whole fridge in the bed, anyway. Then again, the toilet is about 3 feet away from the fridge so I guess the toilet's pretty much in the bed next to the fridge.
So, no, it's not necessary for me to "take food to bed", so to speak.

I have roughly the same distance to each destination. Under 700 sq ft in living space- but it is on 15 acres in the country. 1/2 a mile to the nearest neighbor and I cant see his house from my property.

I start with a glass in the morning and keep that glass (re)filled all day until I finally take it to bed with me that night.

16. Popcorn and lemonade. And sometimes ice cream. But I am trying to |
|
stay away from the late-night snacks; eat breakfast and lunch and not eat after 8pm or so. Helped me drop 25 pounds last year; 10 more and I can get back into my 'nostalgia' jeans that I have been saving since HIGH SCHOOL! Lee denim painter pants...my favorites.
