When do you decide it's time to buy a new pair of pants?
Sigh.

My current pairs, that I bought 3 months ago, are now looking baggy and the metal fastener about the zipper keeps coming undone.

But I still have a bit of a belly. :grr:

Should I buy a smaller pair, or wait until I can get a little more toned up and keep the baggy look?

(I was 228 in June, now I'm 203 and stable...)

2. And keep the sweathouses going?
It's nary a day when I see the words "Made in USA" pertaining to clothing.

I may as well shop at Mal-Wart (name changed to protect the home-grown exploiters O8) ) and save the extra cash. (~$5 per pair adds up.) Of course, fortunately, only Target has the brand I want at a decent price (Dickies).

4. Another thread made me think of it - How about Goodwill?
Not too much of an investment if you lose weight soon. And nothing goes to a corporate pocket.

If you are looking for new, you might try the ones with a bit of elastic in the waistband. You can't tell that there's elastic, but they will give a little now and not be too big if you lose more weight. Congrats on the weight loss!

5. Definitely Thrift Stores!
If you can find a good thrift store, go there. I buy plenty of jeans that look like they've only been worn for a week or two. Just got a pair of levis that don't look like they've ever been worn. In a store, there $40.00+, at the thrift shop, they were $4.50. Hey, when living under Bushonomics, we've all got economize.

What are you doing to get such terrific results? Diet and exercise, or exercise alone?

Good work, HypnoToad!
