After all those sandwiches... dessert?? |
|
What is your favorite dessert?
It has to be ice cream for me. It is sickening how much I can eat! A half-gallon drum is history in no time. Sick and wrong.
Chocolate ice cream, or any kind of devil's food cake.
I am also fond of the cannoli made across the street from me at this quiet little Italian restaurant.

2. Ice cream is my bane, too... |

...although, the very low fat frozen yogurts are quite tasty. In fact, my local supermarket chain's store brand FAT FREE Chocolate Raspberry is damned tasty!!!
I'm also a slave for FRESH CARROT CAKE and BAKLAVA!!!! :9:9:9:9:9

It's a simple cake soaked in condensed milk, evaporated milk & whole milk or heavy cream. May be topped with whipped cream, meringue, etc. Possible additions: Kahlua or other alcohol, fruit, coconut, chocolate, (again) etc.
This is served chilled. Usually not deadly sweet, it is very rich.
Blue Bell Supreme's latest ice cream flavor: Tres Leches con Fresas. Yum...

I had it in a little restaurant in Miami once. Never have found any as good since.
I am also very partial to ben and jerrys ice cream, though it is total junk food.

13. melted PB over chocolate ice cream |
|
Put a cup or so of peanut butter in the micro and nuke it for 30 secs to a minute. It gets liquid. Pour over chocolate ice cream. Mama!
