Question about tipping

I never know what to do in these kinds of situations. I am having a large sofa (sectional) delivered this week. Do you tip delivery or installation people and how much? They are delivering it to the first floor, no steps and securing the pieces together. What do you guys tip people who do services for you?

They usually appreciate that more than a buck or two anyway.
