So I had the vasectomy Tuesday.

It was prefaced on Sunday by a visit to mt GF's mother who had a knee replaced.
So I go into the hospital Tuesday.
I rode to the 2nd floor to find the Day Surgery intake office is DIRECTLY next door to the room occupied by the GF's Mom.

I was really hoping to avoid an embarrassing face to face "What are you doing here?"

Nurse: HELLO MR CIRCUS!!!
AC: Shhhhhhhhh.
Nurse: What's the matter?
AC explains
Nurse: Well sit in the waiting room.
AC sits in the waiting room and is treated to the sight of GF's mom lying in bed.
AC moves to new waiting room, down the hall, sits down.
GF's Mom comes around corner with her walker, sits down, talks about surgeries, pregnant pause, answer not forthcoming.
Nurse walks by, jerking head in suggestive fashion. I said "I think I'm being paged" and retreated with my tail between my legs.

Within about 10 minutes both my GF and my Mom got phone calls asking why I was having day surgery. Neither were forthcoming, but I went to Church today for the first time in about 14 months and everyone there wanted to know why I had been in the hospital.
