For me, getting a bug is really serious because it affects my other health problems adversely, especially the depression and diabetes. I can't take care of myself very well at these times and there's no one to take care of me.

PLEASE, keep fighting the good fight while I try to recover.

4. ever try that zinc nose spray?

It really helps with viruses in your sinus areas. I am prone to developing pneumonia if anything gets the upper hand and the Zicam spray really does help beat the bugs down. Zinc interrupts the reproductive cycle of many rhino-viruses, so it really pays to put it up the ol snozz!
