I get free cable, phone and cable Internet this month!!!!

I got off the phone with Grande, the company who provides all of those services for me. My cable Internet connection keeps going offline. The repairmen have been out SEVEN times in the past three weeks. Problem is still not fixed. The local channels go out too when the Internet is down. I called today when it went off again, and bitched to the high heavens and now I get a free month. I just hope the repairman can fix it tomorrow when he comes. I think 8 times should be enough.
