Does anyone know why Mirage hasn't made it to DVD?

This 1965 movie had an all-star cast, made up mostly of strong Democrats, but video tapes run as much as $240 used and neither the DVD nor a commercial video has been released.

Wasn't Gregory Peck in it?

It used to be on TV back in the late sixties, but now that you mention it, I haven't seen it for a while.

Maybe it's held up in some legal dispute.
