5. one of the biggest ripoffs ever

around here it's 6%. lets say your home sells for 100,000
what in the world did the realtor do to earn 6 grand! a newspaper ad and inclusion in the MLS hardly cut it. Plus the only hard working realtors are poor and don't stay in it long, the large producers deal in volume volume volume and usually have a staff and don't give personalized attention
