I Met George Carlin Tonight!

Wow, I can't believe it! I've always wanted to meet him...he's one of my all-time favorite comedians. He was signing copies of his book ("When Will Jesus Bring the Pork Chops") at the Barnes & Noble in Union Square (on 17th Street).

He gave a little talk beforehand...read a few excerpts from his book. I waited an hour and a half to finally go up to get my copy signed. I told him he was one of my favorite comedians, and that he inspired me to take an improv comedy class. He said Thanks, and he said "The best thing to do is keep at it!"

Man, I missed most of the Sox-Yankees game...but it was so worth it!!
