This really pisses me off. Thankfully, it's not close to me. I'm enjoying this game, and want nothing more than to see the Sox beat the Yankees. But, damn it, this is real life and death for some people.

2. Three counties!
to the north of us, now. Still no breaking in. I'm in a tizzy, here.

4. Before I had kids
I got a thrill out of severe weather. The odds that we'll personally get hit by a tornado is still low. It's not like a hurricane warning. But, I'm still mad that they won't cut into a damn baseball game. I'm a big fan, and even I think that is ridiculous.

5. I see it as it hits or it misses, I've ridden out my share in Texas.
I feel for you, but there are other sources of info...and this IS the Yankees/Bosox.

Fenway seems calm. Where are you? BTW Good Luck.

Not as bad as Texas, but we get our share, here. We're in our fall season. If someone is watching the game, and they aren't aware they're in the path, they won't take cover. I think a tornado warning should take precedence over anything. They're scrolling information, but very slowly, and we have a ton of counties in various different thunderstorm and flood warnings and watches. It's easy to miss the warning, especially with such a nail biter. It's a good game, though.

Edit: I'm in West Tennessee.

10. They should have a crawl at the bottom of the screen with info
and a bug in the corner with the countys radar map.

That's what they do here.

11. No radar
Just a crude map of the counties under watch, and a painfully slow crawl. They could at least let us know whether these tornadoes are doplar or spotter detected, and exactly where they are, so people can take cover. At least one county is under an emergency now, from the damage. Not everyone has cable or internet to turn to for more info.

8. Better
They think I'm having an allergic reaction to my toothpaste now. Apthous ulcers on my gums. Ugh. They gave me a great mouthwash that numbs my whole mouth, though. At least that's something that's easy to fix, and not gum disease.

Hope everything goes well for you tomorrow.

9. They've declared a tornado emergency
for a county to the north of me. I still can't believe they aren't cutting in. Damage to homes. Scary.

14. The Fox affiliate here has to borrow their news staff from the #1 station
an NBC affiliate. They do manage to break in for an abridged version of the 10 o'clock news, but that's about it. Maybe your station is similar?

15. Could be.
It's not Sinclair, Thank God, but I don't know if it is one of those satellite stations. If they are, they do a good job of disguising it. Plus, they've cut in for severe weather before.
