Milwaukee trial on Court TV

This is one of those cases where everything isn't cut and dried, the guy was scared by local punks so he started shooting.

Trial Begins For Man Accused Of Killing 14-Year-Old
Darryl Flynn Says He Feared For Family's Safety

MILWAUKEE -- The trial for a Milwaukee man accused of killing a 14-year-old boy over a potato began Monday.

Darryl Flynn (pictured, right) allegedly shot and killed Demetrian Washington after some teenagers threw a potato at his house and broke one of Flynn's windows.

Flynn told police he feared for the safety of his family.
