Politics reunites Nirvana |
|
Win or lose, Sen. John F. Kerry has pulled off something people have tried to do for more than a decade: reuniting the surviving members of Nirvana. Dave Grohl and Krist Novoselic, who made rock history in Seattle with the late Kurt Cobain, will appear today at a Kerry rally at the Stardust Casino in Las Vegas.

2. Good, God they were a trio, not the Polyphonic Spree..... |

And Cobain was their singer, lyricist, guitarist, and main songwriter. Does the idea of Grohl and Noveselic getting together to play bass and drums together really set people's hearts a thumping? It's not that big a coup to get them in the same room. There wasn't really ever animosity between those two dudes.. Both of those guys were always pretty liberal and pretty political.
