I would suggest: Quit eating crap.:) (Not meant as trying to be the boss of you) Or if you must, cut down on the crap and buy only high quality crap. IE: no Reese's peanut butter cups for me. It's the Paul Newman Peanut butter cups-all organic, your choice of dark or milk choclate. And you get 3. I just don't buy them so often.
Pop the popcorn. No stale peeps for you. save those to give at Halloween:evilgrin:
