FIFA 2004 Fans or Irish Domestic Soccer Fans: I need to know a good team
I'm disappointed that FIFA 2004 does not have the Irish Domestic Soccer league. What is the next best thing? I tried creating a team of Irish guys (Keane, Dunne, Finnan, Given, Kelly, O'Brien, Keane, Duff, etc.) but it wasn't as fun. None of the Irish teams play in any of the English divisions? I know that seems like an obvious question, but I really want to play as an Irish team in FIFA 2004. Can anyone help?

3. A lot of the Irish I know in NY...
...like Celtic.

Although one of the "Old Firm" from Scotland, I've heard and read that Celtic were founded by Irish transplants. Also, Celtic are the "Catholic half" of Glascow.

Besides, there's the green stripes on the kit. :)

I'm assuming FIFA 2004 is a video game? If so, it ought to have Celtic--a big team that even won the European Champions Cup back in '68.

Otherwise, I'm afraid the Irish domestic league just doesn't have enough money in it to keep the Keanes, Duffs, and Givens at home long and often enough for Ireland to have developed any traditional powerhouse clubs like the Premier League, Primera Liga, Seria A, or Bundesliga have.

4. The real fun is trying to take a lower division squad up to
the top league and then gain berth into Europe. I'm trying to do that with Port Vale which is in the English 2nd Division right now.

5. Yeah, I'm thinking of taking Oxford United up from Division 3
to Premiership and hopefully win the ECC by the fifth year of the career.
