6. The problem with God ...

Is making HIM into something you, we, humanity, wants Him/It/Her to be. Then we have to deal with why that does not work at all.

What is God, (or whatever you call it) was just pure potential. Did God make mosquitoes to suck your blood and give you diseases, or did they find the potential to be what they are and use it? Mosquitoes don't have even a fraction of the mind power we have.

What if the potential of the Universe gave us the potential we have? What if we were on our own to use it in a better way than mosquitoes, and other creatures can?

If you take away all the human, moral projections on the Mind of the Universe as a form of Intelligence and Potential, then the burden becomes ours collectively and individually.

And who wants that? We tend to want to dump it on a chosen Supreme Identity that is forged by our own agenda and ignorance.

Anything Transcendental and ultimately altruistic, (as sensible and practical as that may be) does not fit most political goals and the Machiavellian use of said potential by those who direct it to their own wills and desires. The Infinite Potential for Humanity is constantly being grabbed and held by the parasitic Mosquitoes of the World.

But then, if you look at Nature, it is just one, big parasitic chain of symbiotic interactions. The more simple and sheep-like amongst us would rather have dogma and servitude as willing hosts to the parasites than anything so complex, its seems.
