And for extra credit, who said it about a week ago?

4. Pretty much during the 2001 World Series |
|

But they will still make the ALCS and World Series every year. They are a democrat team though, they haven't (I believe) won a WS during a republican administration since Nixon. Or something like that.
on edit: My grandfather wasn't even alive when the Red Sox won their last world series.

We have a winnah!
You've just won a year's supply of clam chowdah... the New England kind, not that crappy tomato-flavored piss they serve in Manhattan.

wait, is wicked used as an adjective or to modify an adverb?
like, "oh, what a wicked day, I think I'll take a walk", or "that dog is barking wicked loud"?

Wicked smart. Wicked hard. Wicked cool.
Your second sentence exhibits the proper usage, with "wicked" modifying "loud."
Basically, substitute "very" for "wicked," and you'll fit in just fine.

11. one time this girl I knew told me that something I did was wicked awesome |
|
granted, it was wicked endearing but she was from New Hampshire and that was the first time I ever heard somebody use the term in conversation, being in Texas and all. actually she was from Texas but she relocated to New Hampshire to pursue her studies.
what was the point of this anecdote? oh yeah, so does usage of "wicked" vary from state to state?
