1. Be careful
I used Diet Fuel a few years back from GNC, and it's pretty much speed. I took 1/3 the recommended dose before going off of it completely.

2. No, I suggest that you not use them....
1. Exercise
2. Eat more fiber
3. Less Saturated and Trans fat
4. Reduce your calorie intake

There are no easy answers when it comes to losing weight.

3. I worked for GNC for 13 years. There's only ONE thing that will make you
loose weight! You have to use more calories than you take in!!!

I could give you a list of diet programs we had during those years.
Almost all of them were great sellers because most people want an easy way out. The only one that really worked, if you followed the directions, was a very expensive on that supplied you with the actual food for the diet along with the vitamin supplements. I worked BECAUSE it reduced your caloric intake!

4. You won't lose weight by being lazy
and looking for a pill or powder to lose the weight for you. Here's what you need to do

1) Eat less calories

2) Burn more calories

6. I use chitosan...
Supposedly, if you take it before you eat, the fat attaches itself to it, and it passes through rather than being absorbed by the body. I don't know if I'm losing weight or not, but I'm a crapping machine, that's for damn sure.

7. more info
i've already lost 25 lbs (225 from 250) from diet and working out...the reason why i'm asking is because my loss rate seems to have stagnated, and I still have a long way to go...I HAVE used burners from GNC before with mixed results(before i started seriously working out), so I'm wondering if it's worth trying again

8. Skip the fat burners
Drink a cup of coffee before you work out - this has been proven to work. Seriously!
