1. I won't give you a number
I'll just say you should just work out and eat lighter until you are happy with the way you look.

Good luck, lioness!

5. Go here
http://www.cdc.gov/nccdphp/dnpa/bmi/calc-bmi.htm

If you're in a healthy range, don't worry about it. (Although many people that think BMI is perhaps too restrictive as well.) I think society puts a bunch of unnecessary "shoulds" on women. Eating healthy and exercise is always good, so if you wanted to pick it up, go for it, but you look fine as you are.

7. Need full length photo for proper opinion. And height.
And be careful of ideal weight statements: according to weight watchers, I should weigh 174 pounds, max. No. Friggin. Way.

10. I am not going to quantify it in a number.
Cut down on your portions, drink a ton of water, and you'll lose until you feel comfortable, then stop. That comfort level is different for everyone, so of course I can't name a number.

14. Especially poll numbers!
:)

I am comfortable at 115 pounds. I know women my height who weigh 140 and look great and are perfectly comfortable. It's totally individual.

18. Here is what I advise:
Eat only when you are hungry and only until you feel satisfied, not stuffed. Try to eat mostly nutrition dense foods because those won't cause cravings or eating binges (not that I am saying you do that!). If you eat this way, plus do some moderate activity your body will go to the weight that is good for you. You will also know your correct weight because you will feel good, not get winded or tired when you walk or do any activity for a long time, etc. You will feel great. If your mom is using super models or actresses as examples she should not be. Most of them are underweight and what you see in the pictures or motion pictures is not usually the real deal. They use lots of air brushing for one thing. Wrinkles, cellulite, sagginess, poochy stomachs, spider veins---they can all be airbrused away. Movies use camera tricks and makeup to make actressed look more perfect than they are. And body doubles! From what I can see in the picture, I'd say losing 10-15 lbs. might be a good idea, but like I said, your body will let you know when you are at your right weight.
