I can't believe that *I* am watching BASEBALL....
OMG. I am the most anti-sports person I know.

but, I caught the VERY end of the 4th game and became UTTERLY hooked.

I live in NYC but... the SOX are just SO exciting! that underdog thing with me and since I've never had alliance to ANY team. this is DRAMA to me...

I can't BELIEVE I'm watching BASEBALL....

but, the game is starting and I AM....

bye! :hi:

1. The Leage Championship Series and the World Series are the
best show in all of pro sports. I watch absolutely NO baseball in the regular season. I just LOVE the playoffs.

2. It will be the most watched baseball game
in the last 25 years.

I'm betting the ratings will be insane.

4. It's simply an amazing series
My wife, who hates sports, is on the edge of her seat too.

Mark my words, this is history unfolding before our eyes...

6. Your my kind of person - watch the playoffs :))
I don't live near a stadium, and i won't sit around and watch regular season games on TV - boreds me to tears. But when october comes around, it's time for baseball.

Since my lifelong NL team is the Braves and I love the idea of the underdog Sox beating the equivalent of the Galactic Empire, I am plenty motivated to watch! :)

7. I love baseball...
Watch most games during the regular season, go to some games. So I'm a nervous wreck right now! (And I have no more fingernails!)

9. No, I've been nervous the whole series.
Always do...even when the Yanks are leading.

10. Ditto
Baseball is truly the American pasttime and very multi-cultural.

11. actually, it is ODD in a way... I KNOW baseball pretty well
the GAME, not the industry.

I went to SO many games when my father played softball.

I was a fat, clumsy kid, so, as far as neighborhood and school games, well... they FOUGHT over who was going to have to take me.

of course, I sucked and could hardly argue.

but later, I used to be the scorekeeper/statics guy for LL teams that my father coached (and my brother played on) .

now, my brother is HUGE and I'm slimmer than I was in HS or college! <sigh>

p.s. SOX WITH A GRAND SLAM! loving it!
