and, two weeks ago on my lunch break, I saw a muskrat! I walk through the woods near the office park I work in every day at lunch, and sit beside a pond to read the paper. Well, a muskrat walked across a fallen tree in the water right in front of me:)

We have always had Opossums around our apartment but this weekend as I was sitting on the porch listening to Oasis out of the corner of my eye I see two little raccoons peaking at me from around the big treee in the front.

We think they are harmless (probably just curious youngsters) and one of our neighbors told us last night that he saw 4 of them. One momma and three yung'uns. The probably came up form the river during the high water.
