4. Actually it is 86 years since they WON the World Series.

18 years since they went. That was when Bill Buckner made the famous Error. They ran him out of town after that. But 86 years since they won the World Series, and 86 years since they beat the Yankees in Post Season.

When the Sawks won tonight I thought liberal Boston and zillions of Kerry signs in the stands during the series. Wonder if someone could get Schilling or Damon to endorse Kerry!
