My prediction: Everyone but Jeter, A-fraud, Matsui, and Sheffield gets canned. The first two mainly because of contracts, but The Boss likes Matsui (and he's fairly cheap). Sheff will probably win the MVP, so that gives him another year.

Cashman was probably fired already as he tried to run out of Yankee Stadium. Torre will "retire" tomorrow.
