3. Red, White & Blue
Ewwww.

When I was a kid, it was 60 cents for a six-pack - Cheaper than Coca-Cola. And it is pure swill.

5. I'll go with Rock Green Light
even though I've never had it. I hate regular Rolling Rock, so I can only imagine how much worse a light version of it is.

16. Sam Adams Light is the only light I've ever liked.
All the rest - may as well hit yourself between the eyes with a ballpeen hammer. Same effect, less expense.

And in the import category, Pilsner Urquell?

Nasty, nasty fluids, misleadingly marketed as beverages for human consumption.

11. I am sorry, but for the most part, American beers...
besides micro-brews, etc, are pretty sad. Bud, Old Milwaukee, Coors, do not even qualify as beer IMO. What the hell did we do to traditional beer?

If it looks like urine, smells like urine, and (testers claim) tastes like urine: IT'S URINE for all practical purposes.

Go to a Korean restaurant and order an OB beer. Attempt to drink it. Pretty fuckin' nasty, huh?

Well, it's just as bad in Korea.

The Beer That Made Wilkes-Barre, PA Famous......

It was 99 cents a six-pack back in the Early '70s. The only reason I drank it.

that are produced around the country. Large corporate mass produced beers suck.

I drank Country Club malt liquor as a teenagers and it was dreadful. Colt 45 is WAY WORSE! Pure, unadulterated horse whizz.

30. From the Underground Mines of the Upper Peninsula......
"There is no such thing as a bad beer...it is just some beers are better than others!"

I had graduated from H.S. in "75" and got a job working in the last underground iron mine in the United States. The Mather "B" mine had been producing high grade iron ore for over 40 years before I got hired.

Of the many old timer sayings I learned... the one posted above is one of my favorites and fits the mindset of the miners very well. Heavy drinking and partying was just the way it was back then.

I still can't say that I like Heineken though...:toast:
