So, which non-General Mills cereal is a good substitute for Cheerios? |
|
Even carbs send my blood glucose into orbit, but I'm trying to learn to control it with pills so I don't have to start eating nothing but protein and veggies.
What other cereals are low in sugar and edible?

a 'store brand' version of Cheerios. What's up with GM? Have not heard. Are they advertising on Sinclair Broadcasting Group stations?
On edit: Weetabix is really really good too! 'Specially with honey.

4. How about a health-food store? |
|
If you have one in your area they have a number of different cereals that are healthier than what you get in the boxes anyhow.

9. Safeway's Toasted Oatie-O's (Or whatever they call them) |

are just fine. I'm basing that on how much I like their honey-hut tostie-oh's... very comparable to the Cheerio's Honey-Nut flavor.
