3. I'd like to post the translation of Run DMC doing
what "Walk this Way" by Aerosmith first sounded like to them, but they slurred all the words together like one of the extras from Deliverance sang it. They said it sounded like "some cracker bullshit" when they were first asked to sing it.

4. The real quote is....
"The pecker, it knows no bigotry" <--- That's with Al's attempt at a southern drawl removed for clarity

With the affect it's like this;

"The peckah, it knows no bigatray"

5. don't know where mine comes from

My fave is "Great Googly-moogly!" Used when something surprises you. Example: You just saw The Shrub actually admit a mistake on national TV. You would say..."Great googly-moogly, did that just happen?" Then you awake from your daydream! :)

My ex's sister married a guy from Norman and the first time he said that I busted out laughing... I have been using it for years and everyone looks at me like I have three heads when I do... I love it!!!

He also used Holy gooly goo goo...

17. I doubt it is an Oklahoma thing
Considering I am not originally from Oklahoma, and that when I first used it here, people looked at me like I was on meth! There are a few sayings out here that are odd, but I have found most of my colloquial sayings (I am from the South...7 states) are lost on the people here. They love to hear me talk though. :)

16. Frank Zappa, Nanook, Don't eat the yellow snow.
First place I ever heard "great googily moogily." I don't know if Zappa invented it, though.

13. It is from that
but it's an instruction the Gort to got pick up Michael Rennie's seemingly lifeless body from the tiny frightened holders of WMD and nuclear weapons and revive him. I think.

10. There's a car dealer in Atlanta that used to say
"Good Giggly Wiggly!" in his commercials. I thought that was about the dumbest thing I'd ever heard in an advertisement.

...this one: http://www.dubyaspeak.com/audio/peeance.phtml

I've shared the audio with people at work and sometimes I flash the peace sign and say "peeance, freeance" to them when saying good-bye at the end of the day.

15. "Octo bobo jeepy tutu la gooey phew."
It was written on the cover of an anti-drug pamphlet that was given to me back in HS around 1973.

I still remember it. And that's sayin' something.
