Ambien/Valerian/Melatonin cocktail?

6. Its hard for me to sleep consistently

I usually wake up after 2 hours or so - this is a fairly recent thing.

So I've been taking to melatonin, but adding valerian, and I thought I'd add to the mix Ambien, that way to get a full 8 hour sleep.

4. Be careful

I take Valerian myself and it can enhance the effects of some drugs. I wouldn't mix the three together - it could be dangerous. If you are gonna take the Valerian and Melatonin I wouldn't take the Ambien. and vice cersa. JMO but I wouldn't do it.

DO NOT mix valerian and ambien (or any other sleeping medication)! The combination is very dangerous.

7. I'd go with that.

I'm not much for commercial pharmaceuticals, so I'd go with simply the Valerian (or alternately, some chamomile or warm milk). I have trouble sleeping sometimes too, but most of that chemical stuff isn't what I'd want in my body. Hope all is well.
