Kerry Parody ad? (Trees losing their leaves this fall is Bush's fault)

I saw this on TV the other day and have no idea who did it, but I want to download it! If you haven't seen it, the gist of the parody is that * is to blame for the epidemic our trees are experiencing this fall. In case you haven't noticed, the leaves are turing yellow and orange, then falling off the trees completely! * is doing nothing to stop this environmental epidemic!

Yes it was a parody and yes maybe even poking a bit of fun at Kerry, but I thought it was pretty damn funny. I think it might be something from a late-night show, Leno or Conan, but I'm not sure.

I tried searching google and the DU forums but I can't find anything about it anywhere. I even stooped so low as to search the freeper forums for it, but there's nothing there either.
