Is because of how she writes. She is so honest about her feelings and emotions and you can feel every bit of heartache and pain in her beautiful voice. I think you either connect with her or you hate her. LOL I love her voice I think it's expressive beyond belief and sexy.
I think she is THE best song writer in Rock. JMO
