The Lunch Ladies made the best grilled cheese sandwiches

They used real butter and cheese, bread they had made themselves, and they would give us a brown paper bag full of them to take to the playground with us.
The bag would be stained from the butter, and after the grilled cheese sandwiches had sat for a while, cooled down, they took on a whole different taste and texture, absolutely delicious.
So, I'm sitting here, waiting for my grilled cheese to cool, though I've never been able to match the lunch ladies.
