I need some input on this work topic. A little pecker of a co-worker was allowed for years to refer to me as a mentallll midget, crip who should live in an assistant nursing home etc. He was also allowed to carry out a four month vendetta against me in front of the other employees. So I finally had it and blew up at the whole store management I got a week of, he has usually didn't even get reprimanded I am writting a letter to the store manager objecting to the obscene promotion of this employee, since he wrote a complaint against me, I think its only fair. They allowed this to fester for the last two years, and I'm tired of it. Or am I only wasting my time thanks and take care tony and dietrich

If you didn't document this behavior while it was ongoing, they will side with him, since you (admittedly) "blew up."
I'm not saying you are wasting your time. I am just saying that you may want to document and report EVERY instance in the future.

Carefully document everything that happens at work. Make careful notes of the dates, times, and people present every time something happens that you consider to be an injustice. This way you'll have the upper hand if and when legal action is taken against them.
