Is this a simple power point presentation?

I always think of this song when I read about the deaths in Iraq. If it's p.p., I think I could do something similar with pictures of soldiers - I'm not terribly proficient, but I think I could manage:

1. I googled .swf - says it's Flash file format

2. it's flash, but I think you can make something similar with pp

and save it in a web format to post online.

3. see, that's where you lost me. I don't know what "Flash"

is, but that's irrelevant if you say I can do the same thing in power point since I do sort of know my way around that.

4. Flash is a Macromedia program

you need to know how to program to make a good flash movie.

If you know PP, just make it in that with the fade and sound effects and save it as a web page or something for the web.
